Neutral Sodium Silicate Liquid is a clear to slightly hazy, viscous aqueous solution composed of sodium oxide (Na₂O) and silica (SiO₂) in a balanced molar ratio, typically between 1:2.8 to 1:3.4. It is produced by dissolving neutral sodium silicate glass in hot water under controlled conditions.

Unlike alkaline silicates, neutral sodium silicate has low alkalinity, making it ideal for applications that require chemical stability, mild pH, and compatibility with sensitive materials. It is widely used in paper, detergent, adhesive, ceramic, and chemical industries for its excellent binding, film-forming, and corrosion-inhibiting properties.
